 Changing an Order


We will do our best to accommodate changes, however, there is NO GUARANTEE we will be able to do so.  Once an order is sent to production, it may already be mixed or packaged.  In those instances, changes cannot be made.



If you need a change to an order (i.e. you ordered 50/50 base mix and meant to order 80/20), submit a HelpDesk Ticket


EXPLAIN the change clearly.  


IF THE DOLLAR VALUE OF THE ORDER is affected, the order cannot be changed. It must be cancelled if it has not already gone to production.  We cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled.

Once an order is in production, cancellations and changes are not allowed.
