Adding to an Order

 

To add product to an order that has not already shipped, place another order with the comment "COMBINED WITH _________(other order number)."

 

If possible, (older order not already packaged), our shipping department will combine your orders and request a store credit applied to your account for the difference in shipping, if any.  This credit is only available in store credit and may be applied to future orders. It may not be refunded.

 

We will do our best, but there is NO GUARANTEE your orders will be combined.

(If your order is placed the same day as the other order, it will most likely be combined.)
