 Shipped Orders - TRACKING



You can see your Order Status (See below for Order Status Definitions) anytime by clicking :

  • Order Status at the top left of any page on our website.  You must be logged in for this link to work.
  • Click on View Order Details to see your tracking number link for a specific order.
  • Click on the link to go directly to the tracking details from the delivering carrier.



This grid explains what status we use and what they mean for us.

Awaiting Fulfillment  We have received the order and it is in the queue to be processed
Pending Order is being prepared to go to Product Creation.  We are making your bottle labels, order control sheets, packing slips and address labels.

Awaiting Shipping
Your order is in production.  All of the above are completed and your order is being custom made to your specifications and goes through our Quality Control Process.  It will then go to Shipping where the bottles will be inspected, caps tightened, bottles counted, poly-bagged, packaged, weighed, and postage affixed. 



NOTICE: It is not uncommon for the USPS to not update 'Tracking' on packages.  Please allow 24 hours for USPS to scan your package and update their tracking system


USPS Tracking® service provides end-to-end item tracking and is available for most domestic mail products that are large enough and that are addressed to domestic locations, including to limited Army Post Offices (APOs), Fleet Post Offices (FPOs), Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) destinations and to ZIP Codes in U.S. territories and possessions or Freely Associated States.Entering the tracking number associated with a mailpiece into the USPS Tracking page gives you the current status of an item along with other tracking information. That info includes, if available, delivery and/or attempted delivery information, including date and time of delivery as well as the delivery location of the item (mailbox, reception desk, neighbor, etc.).

  • If you paid for additional insurance during checkout, send an email to and we will assist you with filing a claim (Claims may also be filed online at:  Your are required to wait between 7 and 45 days (Depending on shipping method) before filing a claim on lost packages. 
  • If you did not pay for additional insurance but paid for Domestic Priority Mail, the USPS now provides insurance up to a certain amount included in the cost of Priority Mail, please visit this link ( to file a claim with USPS.
  • If you did not pay for insurance during checkout, the USPS may still be able to locate your missing order.  Please visit this link for more information (
  • If you are a wholesale customer, and your shipment has been shipped by UPS, FedEx or Domestic Ground Carrier, call our Customer Service or your wholesale account manager to assist.

TIME STAMP (From "Your Order has been Shipped" notice, or go to MyAccount, select the Order you wish to view)

If the time shipped is before 5 p.m.:
  • Your order was delivered to the Post Office before their cut-off time for the day.
If the time shipped is after 5 p.m.:
  • Your order was delivered to the Post Office after their cut-off time, and should be processed by the in the morning. 
Saturdays: (If your order shows shipped on a Saturday)
  • Saturday cut-off time (at the Post Office we drop-off at) is 3 p.m.
Sundays: (If your order shows shipped on Sunday)
  • Your order was delivered to the Post Office on Sunday, and should be processed by on Monday 
Holidays (official): (If your order shows shipped on a Federal Holiday)
  • Your order was delivered to the Post Office on a holiday, and should be processed on their next scheduled work day.
