INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

It is your responsibility to be fully aware of laws regarding the importation of E-Liquid / E-Cigarette hardware in your country prior to ordering.  ECBlend will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs or other law enforcement agencies. ECBlend is unaware of the current laws and regulations outside of the United States. The customer assumes all risks associated with the importation of their order.  Tracking information is limited to when the shipment was sent and received by customs for processing.  You are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, VATs, and other taxes/fees imposed by your country.  Shipping insurance does not cover products seized in customs.  

E-Liquid Returns

Due to the nature of the product, ECBlend is unable to accept returns on E-Liquid products.  Taste is subjective to an individual's taste, due to different devices, and temperature/wattage preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on E-liquid products.
